Our commitment

We do not discriminate against anyone in the sale, rental, financing, advertising or management of housing based on:

We also follow any additional protections under local laws where we do business.

What that looks like in practice

• We treat every buyer, seller, tenant and owner with the same professionalism and the same information.
• We don't steer anyone toward or away from any neighborhood.
• Our rental pricing and screening never depend on who the tenant is or their source of income, including housing vouchers.
• We welcome reasonable accommodation and modification requests. Assistance animals are not pets, so no pet fees, pet rent or pet deposits are charged for them.
• Our advertising doesn't target or exclude people based on protected traits.
