Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 28, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use our websites, including people with disabilities.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That means clear text, good color contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, and forms and buttons that work with screen readers.

Work in progress

Our sites are new and growing, and some parts, including tools from outside providers such as booking calendars, forms and home search, may not be fully accessible yet. We keep checking and improving.

Need help, or found a problem?

If anything on our site is hard to use, tell us. We'll help you get the information or service another way, such as over the phone, and we'll work to fix the problem.

Please tell us the page and what happened, and how you'd like us to reach you.
